The original sugarcane that exists on the island is harvested by hand every year, from October to May and then transported to the mills, which grind them and the result is a rich and sweet molasses, known locally and globally as “Black Gold” “. On the island of Negros, or Sugarlandia as the locals call it, the best sugar cane is milled to produce this sweet-drinking premium rum, which is aged for 7 years, creating an impressive spirit with notes of vanilla, honey and candied fruit.
