The official inauguration of the Silar Restaurant in Esperidon Square (Artemis 3) in the heart of Glyfada, with the presence of many famous guests and friends from the artistic, journalistic and business world of Athens took place.
The new gastronomic arrival at Esperidon Square serves Greek dishes with Mediterranean touches, and since its first day of operation Silar has won the impressions of even the most discerning. It is the first Fine Confectionery restaurant in the South Suburbs that operates under the standards and specifications of distinguished restaurants abroad and has already become a talk of the town for its food.
Beyond the boldness of its creation, which is due to Zhao Weiren, Zhao Holding Zhao Weiren and his wife Jiang Zhuhui, and restaurant expert Alkistis Papadeas, the essence lies in his particularly interesting gastronomic proposal. The menu, which has been edited by the award-winning, consult executive chef Angelos Bakopoulos, is based on a modern Greek cuisine with Mediterranean and international touches, a cuisine but not inanimate, gastronomic and comfort.
