The brand new restaurant “Silar” opened its doors in the heart of Glyfada (Artemidos 3) and is expected to become the ultimate destination for fine dining in the Southern suburbs. This is the first “Fine Comfort Food” restaurant in the area with fixed opening hours (daily from 19.00 – 00.00) to standards and specifications of distinguished restaurants abroad.
The menu has been edited by the award-winning consalt executive chef Angelos Bakopoulos who, after two years at Doryssa Seaside in Samos, is now the executive chef of the unique “Katikies” in Mykonos.
In a modern minimal environment of impeccable aesthetics, the completely renovated restaurant “Silar” aims to impress with the creative, high level of taste cuisine that it proposes, based on Greek dishes with influences from all over the world. At the wine tasting event, representatives from the journalistic, artistic and business world enjoyed the a specially organised evening menu by the hands of Angelos Bakopoulos, while they did not fail to congratulate the initiators of the restaurant Alkistis Papadea and Ilias Fokalis.
