The charitable organization “Child Care”, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting sick and needy children and their families, held a glamorous charity event at their new offices in Thessaloniki, in the presence of distinguished guests from the artistic, business and journalistic worlds, who honored the event with their presence, practically applauding this great initiative of solidarity and love. The founders of the organization, Anastasia and Eleni Eminidou, expressed their deep gratitude for the valuable support of the public, the volunteers, but also the always sensitive presenter Ms. Zina Koutselinis who plays an active role in the voluntary provision of assistance.
The Charitable Organization “Child Care” is a non-profit organization founded in 2012 and operates exclusively without state subsidies, relying on the power of volunteers and donations from citizens, with the aim of supporting sick and needy children and their families. It was created by young people with a willingness to contribute and aims to provide financial, medical, educational, psychological and social support to children suffering from serious or incurable diseases, as well as families in need, both in Greece and abroad. At the same time, it defends the rights and interests of children, raises awareness in society, develops partnerships with relevant bodies and seeks to create care structures, a blood and bone marrow bank, providing assistance without any discrimination of gender, religion or political beliefs, with the sole aim of saving and giving hope to the child.
