The Grand Opening of the brand new Sunset Cocktail Bar Restaurant “OPIA” took place with great success, with a magical dinner on the beloved island of the winds. The Opening Party was attended by many personalities from the business world of the island as well as the most famous personalities from the artistic world, fashion crowd and representatives of hotels – pr concierge companies. The well-known businessmen-owners, Manos Galanos, Thanos Kolokythas, George Karakalos together with their partner from Miami businessman Sofyen Ben Amara welcomed the guests, who were surprised by the spectacular sunset and the magnificent view of the Aegean!
The attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a journey of flavors and techniques of the Japanese culinary culture with local ingredients, the new pop up collaboration of the “OPIA MYCONIAN MAJESTY” Bar Restaurant with the “KIKU” Restaurant, the new menu of the acclaimed chef Nikita Kyritsis, as well and a luxurious experience in the field of fine drinking, with a numerous cocktail list.
“OPIA” will mean connection center of all senses. Just like its name, the new venue of the Cycladic island combines a masterful experience of taste, music, atmosphere, natural beauty and a sense of freedom. Welcoming the most famous DJs and producers from all over the world, “OPIA MYCONIAN MAJESTY” organizes mythical Cycladic parties under the Aegean sky in Mystical house rhythms with spiritual vibes, mixing traditional sounds with futuristic rhythms.
The Sunset Cocktail Bar Restaurant “OPIA”, a barren and abandoned slope, was created with absolute naturalness from the very stone of the earth and formed in multiple continuous levels. The distinguished architect Thanasis Kyratsous, who has done the design, created a setting in its simplest earthly form, designed in such a way as to ensure the view of everyone and everything, but at the same time offer private corners, some calmer and others more intense in a whole, where quality prevails, respect for the visitor and above all the intention for unforgettable entertainment. Images of amazing colors of the west are alternated with the picturesqueness of the city lighting, where the pulses fade to recompose again in a more intense tone, when the “libido” begins to moderate.
