The official opening of the new store and headquarters of “Il Toto Roastery Boutique”, the most growing franchise coffee brand in the country, took place with great success.Many famous guests and lovers of coffee went to the new modern coffee corner in Haidari.The Dj Elena Kwnsta excited the crowd with her musical selections. The “Il Toto Roastery Boutique” brand leads the “fifth wave of coffee”, which wants premium espresso and specialty coffee to be combined, offering superior quality flavors, multi-layered aromas and special varieties. Aiming to have 100 stores in total by June 2023, at “Il Toto” the special blend comes from coffee varieties from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica and El Salvador, grown on organic farms that follow fair trade practices while their supply is done directly and without intermediaries and their processing in the state-of-the-art coffee-grinding factory in Peristeri. The “green” coffee is served at “Il Toto” Roasteries in ecological bamboo glasses, while all the residues are collected and used as fertilizer.
