The CEO of the Hellenic Pageants, Panos Zinas, and the seven-member jury, are made up by representatives involved in the fashion and art industry. Welcomed to “Fantasia Live” the finalists of the 1st preliminary round of the 70th Star Hellas – Miss Hellas – Miss Young 2022 Beauty Contest and spoke with each one separately. The “Fantasia Live” venue was filled with young girls, who enthusiastically responded to the call of beauty and came from all over Greece to meet their future and dreams.
The 7-member jury consisted of the beloved fashion entrepreneur Lakis Gavalas, the top model of the 90s Ioanna Souliotis, Miss Hellas 2015 Katerina Stikoudis, the journalist Sasa Stamatis, the excellent photographer Giorgos Mestousis, Star Hellas 2021 Anna Pavlidou and impressive choreographer and international dance judger Galena Velikova, who will also take over the stage presence of the Finalists on the night of the final. Chairman of the committee as always is Panos Zinas.
Candidates were judged on their swimsuit appearance and interview. Because beauty alone is not enough, special attention was paid to the candidates’ ability to communicate, the confident display of their personality, but also their goals that are not only personal but also of social benefit. The purpose of pageants is to create the next generation of candidates in an environment that encourages and empowers the young woman.
The finalists after a series of preparations, which are to follow, will give their best in the grand final of the competition. The matchup is expected to be tough, as the beauty will be the star of the competition’s social media every day, where you will be able to support your favorite finalist.
