The impressive beach – cocktail – restaurant on the beach of Katerini “Mandala Seaside Luxury”, just half an hour outside Thessaloniki, opened its doors for the new season with a glittering party and was given by a large crowd of people and dear friends George Batsila and Ilias Kostopoulos, who traveled from all over Greece, to try unique gastronomic suggestions of the experienced and renowned chef George Kostis and have fun until the early morning hours with plenty of Moët & Chandon champagne. During the night, a unique ten -minute fireworks show illuminated the sky of Pieria, creating a cosmopolitan setting that everyone will remember for a long time. ”Mandala Seaside Luxury” is the ultimate place-to-be of Macedonia, with Mediterranean fusion cuisine from well-known chef George Kostis, with Michelin star, and with Western-style sushi of Lin Guang. Interior and industrial designer Dimitra Betaki, entirely inspired by the space, created an impressive setting of unique aesthetics, with Mediterranean architectural influences and intense summer vibes, attentive to the smallest detail and multifaceted, to make it clear. “Mandala” means a circle and signifies life that never ends, representing the whole, the whole. The power of infinity and consciousness that crosses the boundaries of the visible and touches aspects beyond and out of consciousness and body.
