The “3rd International Zeibekikos Festival – IZEFA” concluded with a strong international impact, transforming Athens into a global meeting point for cultures, art and authentic Greek expression. The impressive organization of the beloved Dora Satolia attracted a multitude of distinguished guests, collaborators, as well as representatives of the artistic, journalistic and business worlds, confirming the dynamic and brilliance of the institution.
More than 500 contestants from Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, the Netherlands and Australia took to the stage, vying for the title of Best Zeibekikos Dancer. Men and women of all ages gave the audience unique moments of intensity and authentic expression, proving that Zeibekikos is not just a dance, but an attitude towards life. The event, organized by Dora Satolia, took place at the DAIS Sports Center of Doukas Schools, with an impressive opening ceremony and the participation of 23 international judges. In a setting of high aesthetics with intense Greek symbolism, such as olive branches, medals and winners’ prizes, the timeless value of zeimpekiko as a cultural heritage was highlighted. The “International Zeimpekiko Festival of Athens”, under the signature of the company “Satolia Productions”, confirmed for another year its international character and established zeimpekiko as a global language of expression, uniting people and cultures beyond borders.
