As part of the events for the 2024 Olympic Games, which will be held in Paris, the beloved designer Vasilios Kostetsos presented his emblematic collection “L’Olympien Art Couture” at the Embassy of France, in the presence of the French Ambassador Mrs. Laurence Auer. The event was kindly supported by the company “Kallergis Machines” of Alexandro Kallergis, which is one of the first companies importing machinery in the Peloponnese, with a strong international name accompanied by trust and reliability, water – the source of life “AVATON” , the only one that springs from an artesian spring of the Monastic State of Mount Athos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that remains pure and natural, untouched by industrialization and human pollution, as well as the “R&R” law firm of top lawyer Elli Roubakou . Part of the sponsorship was given to support the Center for Special Education of Children with Special Needs K.E.P.E.A. “Horizons”.
The “L’Olympien Art Couture” collection is dedicated to the Olympic spirit and the elegance of Ancient Greece, inspired by the statues and shields of its warriors. The talented designer created five new masterpieces of the Ancient Greek line exclusively for the presentation in the colors of the French flag, with the models entering the salons of the French Embassy from the impressive marble staircase in the center of the building. A special moment of the evening was the speech delivered by the French Ambassador praising the friendship that unites France and Greece and giving credit to Vasilios Kostetsos for the amazing presentation. The event was honored with the presence of friends of the designer as well as many guests from the political and artistic sphere.
