The iconic meeting point “Yaboo” restaurant put on its best performance and together with dear friends, the whole team shared their joy for its 1 year of successful course. The glamorous “presence” was also given by people from the artistic, business and journalistic world, who had the opportunity to celebrate the steadily growing presence of the all-day restaurant, which brings a breath of fresh air to the gastronomic scene of Piraeus (Akti Kondyli 4), offering a unique combination of modern Mediterranean cuisine, warm hospitality and aesthetics that exude natural elegance. The festive atmosphere was lifted by the Dj set of Panos Dimitropoulos, who gave a special energy to the event.
“Yaboo” bar – restaurant, is a reference point on the Piraeus waterfront and offers an experience that marries modern cuisine with Greek tradition, in an environment that combines earthy shades, natural materials, and open design with the port as a backdrop. The menu has been curated by Michelin star chef Georgianna Chiliadaki, in collaboration with Head Chef Angelos Kotsiris. The two of them have created a menu that captures the contemporary culinary scene of Greece, with dishes that stand out for their balance, freshness and imagination, from creative seafood and meat dishes to renewed comfort offerings. At “Yaboo”, the kitchen becomes an experience: the open cooking stage allows guests to participate in the energy of the space and watch the creation of each dish. The name “Yaboo”, inspired by a traditional Chian phrase created by the residents, “let’s go to Yambou” – their own meeting place in the heart of the village, perfectly expresses the philosophy of the restaurant, a place of meeting, communication and authentic enjoyment.
