With a spectacular ceremony, the lighting of the Christmas Tree of Thessaloniki took place in the brand new Theme Park of Mylos, in the presence of many distinguished guests and dozens of representatives from the journalistic and political world of the co-capital, in an enjoyable evening full. The historic Mylos lit the Christmas tree of the city, with Katerina as the new presenter, while a festive concert followed with Josephine’s uplifting live appearance.
The brand new Theme Park is an overproduction of the Mill that will last until 09/01/2022 and travels you to the most magical stations of Christmas, having an educational character and a lot of Christmas gold dust. Invites you to learn the story of Christmas, to help the elves make the Gifts, to climb the Christmas Tree, to activate the Magic Balloon of the Elves, using your voice and of course to meet the big Christmas Star, Santa Claus . You can also enjoy a walk on the ice rink of Mylos, one of the largest ice rinks in Greece and finally, in the fairytale setting you will meet the magical Christmas market, with dozens of beautifully decorated wooden houses, full of local flavors and products, special aromas and many colors. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Organization “The Smile of the Child”, which this year completes 26 years of supply!
